Sunday, JULY 17 - Stories of Jacob - Behind the ScenesRev. Peter Jacob embarks on a crazy-stupid plan…and it works! Consequently he thought he was brilliant. But it was such a crazy-stupid plan that it could only succeed with God’s intervention….but Jacob doesn’t even consider that possibility. This story prompts us to wonder: how much is God acting behind the scenes in our own lives, and we don’t give God the credit?
