We will meet in the St. Andrew's parking lot at 6:15pm and carpool together. Please RSVP to Linda Johnson at 403-830-5881, if you plan to attend. YYC Pride Parade on Sunday, September 1 at 11am. Do any of these look familiar to you?
Please pick them up from the office or call the church office at 403.255.0001 to claim. |
Wondering what to do with extra shopping bags?
If you’d like to donate them for Food Bank recipients, they would be most welcome!! The Food Bank no longer provides bags for people to use as they pack up their food hampers, and if people forget to bring bags it provides a challenge on getting their food home where it belongs!! Bring along your extra bags and leave them in a ‘FOOD BANK BAGS’ container in the Foyer! Thanks so much! |
Are you ready to let go of some of your ‘extras’?
We have had a request for some furniture – if you have any of the following you no longer need, please send a picture to ‘office@standrewscalgary.ca’, Dresser Thanks! ~ Deb |

THE WIDER COMMUNITY

How blessed are we to have so many opportunities to participate in our ‘Wider Community’?
We have a unique opportunity to be led in a Presbytery workshop here at St. Andrew’s on Monday, September 30th by this year’s Moderator of the PCC, Rev. Dr. Patricia Dutcher-Walls. Come and be part of this workshop as we think about: How might biblical stories in which HOPE is inspired for God’s people lay a foundation for our own stories of hope and possibility?
