We are thankful, grateful and blessed to have experienced another memorable Family Camping Weekend in August at Sandy McNabb campground.  Over 40 campers and day trippers joined in the fun.
We enjoyed campfires, walks in the forest, skipping rocks in the river, playing games, watching kids laugh and hunt for grasshoppers, and time spent with friends.
 We were happy to have some new faces join us too.
Our weekend ended with a very special outdoor worship service led by Rev. Peter.  We are most grateful for his time and leadership in making it so meaningful.  Thank you!
All would not be possible without Craig & Inge Murray, who organize it all!  Thank you to everyone who came out, participated and made the weekend so much fun!

The stew crew has been tasked with the preparation of approximately 25 gallons of stew for the Indigenous Friendship Day on Sept 28. We are looking for COUNTERTOP ROASTERS, which would make the preparation of the stew much easier.
If you have a countertop oven roaster ( not a slow cooker) that we could borrow,  please bring it to the church no later than Sunday, September 22, 2024.

A small group of us (Bill Judd, Mark Rowe, Judy Bridgemohan, Jarrett Hoefling, Rev. Laurie and Peter Coutts) have been working away for about 18 months moving the idea of an Indigenous Friendship Day into being. It’s now about four weeks away. Now we really, really, really need your help! REALLY!!

Through the month of September, we hope that you can provide donated items from the list in the link below to assist the Aboriginal Friendship Center as they support our most vulnerable neighbours.

We are so excited to welcome back the youth to youth group this year!  Kicking off this Friday at 7pm in the Upper Room, we’ll be starting with a Mario Party! If you or your friends are grade 6 and up, join us this Friday! If you want more information or aren’t sure if Lauren and Matt have your contact information, please email laurenrosecole4@gmail.com so you can keep up to date with our Youth Group activities!  As always, our schedule is on the website, so feel free to check it out!    We hope to see you there!

We have a special opportunity to hear from this year’s Moderator of the PCC, Rev. Dr. Patricia Dutcher-Walls on Monday, September 30th at 9:30 am in Trinity Hall.  Rev.
