“Working With What You Have”
We can easily get overwhelmed and “stuck” when the need seems greater than the current resources.  Jesus used what was offered - 5 small barley loaves and 2 small fish, from a young child.  With that he fed 5000.  In communion, Christ inspires us to move beyond despair and use what is at hand.  It is more than enough. 

We have an amazing group of volunteers who have helped in the planning, labour, and overseeing of the sidewalk paving project at the back of our building.  BIG THANKS to Don Koch, Alfred MacRae, Brent Werle, Flemming Nielsen, Jared Hoefling, Mark Rowe, Matt Nolette, and Sean Pepper.  The picture above shows our hard workers Don Koch and Sean Pepper wielding shovels and getting the job done!   We are so appreciative of the efforts of everyone to keep our grounds and building in tip top shape.  Gratitude for all you do, gentlemen.

If you’d like to donate them for Food Bank recipients, they would be most welcome!!  The Food Bank no longer provides bags for people to use as they pack up their food hampers, and if people forget to bring bags it provides a challenge on getting their food home where it belongs!!  Bring along your extra bags and leave them in a ‘FOOD BANK BAGS’ container in the Foyer!    Thanks so much!
