April 10 - Palm Sunday - Walking with Jesus: The Crowds Rejoice - Rev. Geoffrey
In this final week before Easter, our scriptures describe the joy-filled crowds who surrounded Jesus on his way up to Jerusalem. Waving palm branches, they declared that Jesus was Messiah, the Anointed One of God. Via Crucis (The way of the Cross) on Good Friday, April 15th 2022
You are invited to take part in an outdoor interactive contemplation of Jesus' journey to the Cross. Stations will be set up in the Glennfield Day Use Area of Fish Creek Provincial Park, just off Bannister Road (14428 Bannister Rd. SE). You can walk through at your own pace anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

In silence she lifts her weary arms against the darkened sky.Please join us in person or livestreamed for our Good Friday Service at 10:00 am on April 15th The Weeping Tree is a poignant rendering of the cross that uses beloved hymns, newly composed music, thoughtful narration and simple sacred symbols to create a touching testament of grace on Good Friday. The St. Andrew's choir will be joined by violinists Sara and Rena Far, and percussionist Malcolm Lim, to bring this favorite of St. Andrew's back. Come with your family to celebrate the mystery of Easter on Saturday afternoon, April 16 from 3-5 p.m. We are inviting all families to gather for relaxed family time in the outdoor space at the Haysboro Community Centre.
