Epiphany 6: Brightening the Doorway - Glory! - Dr. TimFebruary 27, 2022 – 10:00 am Sunday Worship Service This Sunday we hear the Transfiguration Story where the disciples are given a peak of who Jesus is--and there is glory! As the curtain of ordinariness is drawn back they see a fuller mysterious reality revealed. What if the purpose of our lives is to pull back the veil of ordinariness and display through our everyday lives something of God’s glory to the world? What do “glorious” people look like? Hope you can join us this Sunday. For more infomation visit: https://www.standrewscalgary.ca/pages/live-streaming-worship

Listening to Your Thoughts on Same-Sex Marriage and the Ordination of LGBTQI Ministers and Ruling Elders
In June 2021 the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Canada passed two resolutions: Our denomination (the Presbyterian Church in Canada) will affirm both the traditional definition “marriage is a covenant between a man and a woman" as well as marriage being a “covenant relationship between two adult persons”, and the ordination of LGBTQI ministers and ruling elders. Each Session is required to work through these decisions. With your help, we want to provide generous space for you to prayerfully discern what these resolutions mean for St. Andrew's as we Grow Life Together With God. For more infomation visit:

Puppet Show – The BenchThe Bench is a 23-minute puppet show created by Juanita Dawn of Long Grass Studios in Springbank, AB. Based on a true Calgary news story, The Bench is a family-friendly puppet show highlighting actions in our very own neighbourhood. Juanita Dawn has graciously given St. Andrew’s permission to “air” this pre-recorded/pre-pandemic performance of The Bench to raise funds for the Coldest Night of the Year. Please enjoy the performance, and sign up to walk and/or donate to the St. Andrew’s Striders in support of Coldest Night of the Year by going to our Event Page HERE. The puppet show is available at the link below until Saturday, Feb 26. Thank you to Long Grass Studios and puppeteers Juanita Dawn and Monica Ila for this opportunity. NOTE TO PARENTS: At around the 15:57 minute mark, there is a short scene with smoking should this be of concern to you and you wish to “fast forward” through it.
