Epiphany 1: Brightening the Doorway - Magi Joy - Dr. TimJanuary 9, 2022 – 10:00 am Sunday Worship Service We often conceive the church as being way too small. We get focused on keeping things neat, tidy and uniform within the “in” group; doing things the way “we’ve always done them.” But the Gospel of Matthew’s will have none of it! Join us this Sunday when God’s bright light blazes in the night sky—and it’s not just conventional religious flies that are drawn to the light, but foreign magi who really know nothing about good religion. Look for diversity. Expect surprises. Hope you can join us this weekend! Youth Group for JanuaryWe are so excited to come back in the New Year and see you guys for our first Youth Group of the year! Our first night back will be Friday, January 7th 2022, and we will be starting a video series called Nooma, by Steve Bell. We meet every Friday from 7-9! We can’t wait to dive in deep and see how this video series can relate to our own lives. Once the study and discussion portion of the evening has concluded, be prepared for some big church games! Bring your running shoes and your energy as we want to hit the ground running in the New Year. Those of you 12 and up are welcome to come, and bring your friends too! The more the merrier! We meet upstairs in the upper room, so come in the back door (by the mailboxes) and make sure to wear a mask. Your leaders are so excited to see you all very soon! If you have any questions, please email Lauren Cole at laurenrosecole4@gmail.com |

Join Ambrose virtually on Thursday, January 20 at 7:00 PM MT for the next instalment of our public lecture series, "Sabbath & Jubilee: A Biblical Theology Of Belonging." The lecture will explore an understanding of “home” in the biblical narrative, and particularly how the incarnation is a picture of God coming “home” in a human body, and then inviting humanity to find rest, an easy yoke, and belonging in him.
