St. Andrew's Annual Family Camping Weekend

Pack your tents and trailers because our Annual Family Camping Weekend is booked! - Friday, August 27, 2021

We hope you will join us on August 27 - 29 at Sandy McNabb Campground (Group A), located in Sheep River Provincial Park. This year, there are 10 power sites available in addition to sites without power. Even if you aren't a camper, we invite you to pack a lunch and join us for the day on Saturday, August 28. The campground is located just beyond Turner Valley, a beautiful 1 hour drive from St. Andrew's. We'll plan a hike and have an evening campfire, or maybe join us Sunday morning for outdoor worship.

St. Andrew's expresses its deepest sympathy to Fran Koenders

Fran is a long-time member of St. Andrews and a member of our senior choir. Fran’s youngest son, Trevor, passed away suddenly on June 24. Please pray for Fran and her family, as she travels to Spokane to be with family at this difficult time.

From our January 6, 2021 Newsletter, you may be aware of the death of Marilyn Kish's husband, Dirk Alting, this past December.

Our continued sympathy to Marilyn and the family. The following is a message from Marilyn to St. Andrew's:

I thought there might be some folks at St Andrews who would like to attend a memorial service for Dirk on Thursday, July 8 at 11:00 AM at Peace Lutheran Church: 14640-6th St.SW. Please plan to still wear a mask inside the church It will also be online at www.peacelc.ca
