April 28th - Calgary Urban Project Society & Undie SundayRev. Laurie, Elaine Wilson (COO CUPS), & Claire House Team “Your actions speak so loud that I cannot hear a word you are saying.” What do our actions say about our claim to love God? Today we look at how compassion looks in the community. We want to be missional and woven into the neighbourhood. Today we listen to the community.

Oh, the things we take for granted!!!
Sunday, April 28th we will be taking some time in the service to have children gather up your ‘offerings’ for UNDIE SUNDAY ~ new underwear (Medium and Large for adults, any size for children), as well as diapers (any size) and Depends (any size). Although we may take having clean underwear to put on every morning for granted… not everyone does. Our emphasis that Sunday will be thinking outside of our own walls as we hear from CUPS (Calgary Urban Project Society). St. Andrew’s very own team who support Claire House will also be taking part in Worship that day. So… if you are able, please bring some ‘undies for Undie Sunday’ to share with those in need. ~ Deb |
