Eye am sew greatfull two have had help proofreading the annual report!!! :)
This year Barb English & Judie Coleman helped proofread and make minor edits to our 2024 Annual Report. Many hands make light work ~ and many eyes helped create a report that didn’t look or sound like the first sentence above ~ NOT that any of the people who submitted reports sent such sentences. But you’d be amazed how easy it is to make formatting changes or add spaces where spaces don’t belong when you’re busy preparing an annual report. Thank you Barb and Judie for your assistance. YOU DONE GOOD. (See, if you’d proofed this paragraph I wouldn’t have gotten away with that!!!) ~ Deb

Library News
As you will have heard or noted, the adult library, in general decline in usage, was largely dismantled, with most books given away to homes grateful to receive them. The FF Team did save some of the more current books which are now on the shelves next to the kitchen in the KEL. These books are available to be borrowed at any time on the honour system, meaning you can take them home to read and return them to the shelves when you are finished. We wish to thank once again, our dedicated long-serving librarian, Sylvia Shaw. |
