Sunday, Feb 12 - Light and Love ServiceRev. Peter The word “love” is a word with layers and layers of meaning. But we relegate it to trite use too often (“I love the show Survivor!”). This Sunday we will explore some of those layers of meaning, to prompt us to more richly imagine what love can mean for us.

Happy Birthday to Joud!
Our very special sponsor child, Joud, is celebrating her birthday next month! Our Church School children were busy this week making beautiful and thoughtful birthday cards for Joud. These cards will be sent to the Compassion Canada office, where they will be scanned to the local Compassion Centre in Haiti. There they will be translated into Creole for her and she will get to enjoy the birthday greetings until the original cards and photos arrive. What a wonderful way to show our love for Joud! Happy Birthday, Joud! |

Our Dedicated Search Team is Hard at Work
An impressive Congregational Profile has been developed by them and a page on our website under "Who Are We?" on the website menu has been created for potential candidates. You can find it by CLICKING HERE if you want to read it. Better yet, if you know of a minister you think St. Andrew’s should approach, please talk to Rev. Peter. He would love to have input from members of the congregation!
