Sunday, Feb 5 - Salt and LightRev. Geoffrey Salt and light: two essential qualities in life. Jesus tells us that we are to be like salt and light for each other, and that we are to share these essential gifts generously. What new can we learn about ourselves and our faith when once again we hear these familiar words?

‘Music and The Word’ - You are invited Feb 19th!
Another episode of ‘Music and The Word’ is scheduled for February 19th for presentation in the sanctuary at 11:15 AM, following the regular worship service. The theme of this episode is ‘Trial and Tribulation’ and, in this life, each of us should expect to be challenged by one or the other, or both. It is therefore both comforting and reassuring to know that we have an ever-present and all-powerful Friend who watches over us. And we do have such a Friend. Because we know the Lord, we know the Master of the Wind. ~ John Steele

Our Dedicated Search Team is Hard at Work
An impressive Congregational Profile has been developed by them and a page on our website under "Who Are We?" on the website menu has been created for potential candidates. You can find it by CLICKING HERE if you want to read it. Better yet, if you know of a minister you think St. Andrew’s should approach, please talk to Rev. Peter. He would love to have input from members of the congregation!

Transforming Christmas Cards
Our very own Betty Hill would appreciate receiving any Christmas Cards you are ready to ‘recycle’, as she transforms them into placemats! Christmas Cards can be dropped off at the church office marked “Betty Hill”. Thanks!! |
Be Skeptical of Emails purporting to be from one of our Ministers!
Much like Rev. Peter, Rev. Geoffrey is NOT in need of gift cards or for people to be in touch by email because he is in a meeting and needs help. These are all SCAM EMAILS. If you receive one, please just delete it right away. Thanks! ~ Deb |
