Sunday, January 22, 2023: Finding the Way Through our WildernessRev. Peter The story of the temptation of Jesus is an interesting one. At first glance it can read that this is a story all about him, only. But on deeper reflection it is really a story about the temptations we all face in life: to do what is easiest (and not necessarily what is right), to pursue what I want (and not necessarily what is right).

IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE, ASK A BUSY PERSON
St. Andrew’s wanted a new Coordinator for the ConnXions Team. And a convenor for the Search Team. And a young mom to serve on the Faith Formation Team. And someone who would post events on our Instagram page. And who did we ask? Lorna Andronikou (Kearnes). And what did she say? The biggest YES ~ with energy, enthusiasm, and always a smile. We are so very thankful to Lorna for all she does for our faith community, and for the positive ‘can do’ attitude she brings to every meeting and event. |
