January 1, 2023 - Epiphany - Called to LightRev. Geoffrey The wise ones were called by the light of a star to come and worship the newborn child. We, too, are called to follow the light, and to let our own light shine for others and for God.

Where words fail, music speaks
Music has always been important to many of us at St. Andrew’s. And this Christmas we were blessed with MUCH music. At the 4:00 Family service the children played musical instruments and sang their hearts out; at the 7:00 pm Candle Lighting service the choir and musical guests provided such meaningful music; and on Sunday morning Evan, Laura and Elliott provided musical leadership at our Christmas morning 10:00 am service. We are so grateful to everyone who worked so hard to let ‘music speak’ to the hearts of those who attended our Christmas services. ~ Deb For more infomation visit:

CHURCH SCHOOL UPDATE
There will be no church school on January 1st. We will have children’s activity packages that can be picked up as children enter the Sanctuary that they can work on, focusing on the same scripture readings that the minister will be focusing on, and we will welcome children back to regular church school on JANUARY 8, 2023. |

Donations for Ukrainian FamiliesYou can help too! I recently donated several items to a refugee family of 4 from Ukraine: a girl aged 3 and boy aged 6. They arrived at their host home with just a donated queen size mattress and nothing else. ~ Jari-Lynn Eckert
