FAMILY HIKE - THIS Saturday at 9:30 amPlease join us THIS Saturday, October 1st at 9:30 am for a family hike near Millarville. All ages are welcome! We will be hiking Brown Lowry Old Mill Loop - a 6 km, moderate, kid-friendly hike. We are pleased to have Rev. Geoffrey Simmons joining us to lead us in communion. Are you very thankful for one of your family members?Who are you especially thankful for? Rev. Peter is looking for a few people who are very thankful for one family member in particular, and would like to share that with the congregation. Simply use your phone to record yourself telling us who (first name, or "aunt" or "dad") and why you are thankful. This is SHORT! 30 seconds.... 45 seconds max! (30 seconds is better) Depending on how many we receive they will be sermon illustrations and popping up in the service, and will be a part of our worship service that will reside on YouTube. This does not have to be a Hollywood quality production, just a real one. Would you like to have a moment to publicly acknowledge someone in your family for whom you are thankful?
