Sunday, August 21, 2022 - Growing in Faith: "Not Forsaken"Rev. Peter The 17th century poet John Donne famously wrote, “No man is an island, entire to itself”. While this is true, for many people they feel deep isolation. Isolation comes in many forms and can be chronic and deep. We will explore the story of Job, his feeling of deep isolation, and the consolation he found in God. In hope we hear him say, “I know that my redeemer lives.” Can God be that for us? Can we be that redeemer for another who is isolated?

Do all of YOU know how important these are to our physical and mental health? We hope you do, and that you/your families are able to take some time this summer to do both!! |
