Keep active, in body, mind, and spirit. That way, God will find you busy.
When the weather outside turns frightful, we can still find delightful routines to remain active. Try googling “Mall walking, Calgary” and you will come up with dozens of videos that will walk you through, step by step, most of Calgary’s malls. Many malls are happy to see early-morning walkers, recognizing that window-shoppers often will stay and do some real shopping—or maybe just have coffee or a snack. St. Andrew’s just started the ‘Mall Mavericks’ group. For further information and to register, please contact Alice Williams at 403-281-4247 or alicemwilliams@shaw.ca |
