Quick Thinking!
We are grateful for calm spirits, cool heads, and quick hands as our live streaming team and office staffer made quick adjustments ‘in real time’ Sunday morning. Our worship service was underway when our technology hit a glitch. We were grateful to have ‘restored screens’ in such a short timeframe. Thank you David, Doug & Dolly!! |

Do you have one you would like to donate?
Every week at Side by Side, our dementia care program, we like to have music playing in the background when people arrive and throughout the day. Music helps us to connect with each other. Unfortunately, our old CD player has become unreliable and is in need of replacement. If you have one collecting dust and want to donate it, please contact Audrey Cole or Judie Coleman. Thank you! |

Blue Monday?
Are you finding it hard to get through the winter and maintain a positive mental health outlook? If so, you are not alone. Winter blues are a challenge for many Canadians—and it’s important for us all to be monitoring our own mental health—and that of those around us. If you know someone who is struggling, or you are, you are not alone. Reach out to one of the ministry team members. Call 211, which provides advice about available resources, not counselling (wait times can be long, but they are available 24/7, both text and voice). Or check out the Canadian Mental Health Association, Calgary, for other resources. Part of our faith journey involves being real with ourselves and others. If you are struggling, or know someone who is, help is out there, and we can help you find it. |
