What an exciting time for St. Andrew's!!!
Rev. Kevin Lee and his family visited St. Andrew's Calgary July
4-6 and Rev. Lee preached for a call to the position of Minister;
Vision and Direction at both services on Sunday morning.

At a Congregational Meeting held in St. Andrew’s Sanctuary on July 6
at 1 pm, the congregation
confirmed their readiness to extend a Call to Rev. Lee.
Members and adherents were contacted by their Elder or District
Visitor in the last 2 weeks and given an opportunity to sign the Call
documents. This process is complete as of July 20 and the Presbytery of Calgary-Macleod will meet
in the St. Andrew's sanctuary to process the call on July 22 at 7 pm.
They will be looking for clear signs that this is a gospel call,
and one of the signs is that a significant percentage (>75%) of the
congregation's members and adherents have signed the call.
If the Presbytery determines that this call is indeed a gospel call, they will forward
the call to Rev. Lee's current presbytery for approval.
If that Presbytery indeed concurs that this is a gospel call, they will place the call
in the hands of Rev. Lee for him to make the final decision.
It is expected that this process will take until mid-August to complete.
